How to care for Elf Laminated
Flooring
Normal cleaning
Sweep, vacuum or wipe with a damp cloth or mop
Never use excessive water
Never us abrasive cleaners
Use specially formulated Elf cleaner / restorer to maintain
the lustre and allergy-free surface of your floor
Protect entrances to the floor with dirt-trap mat of good
quality
Do not stain, varnish or wax the floor as these treatments
will affect the intrinsic properties of the laminate
Use floor protectors available from your Elf store on all
furniture, in order to protect the lustre of your floors
Equip castors or rollers with soft threads and replace old,
hard or sharp-edged castors
Stain removal
Remove stubborn stains such as those caused by glue, paint, tar,
chewing gum, permanent marker pens, etc., with a stain remover
available at your Elf store.

Using Elf Laminated Flooring in the Kitchen
Occasional spillages wiped up quickly will not cause damage
Look out for leaking washing machines and dishwashers as
well as improperly secured overflow pipes, overflow sinks
and wash bowls
Be careful when defrosting fridges
Fit a weather guard to your external door to prevent
wind-blown rain from leaking underneath the door
Special sweepers and mops are available for cleaning - never
use sponges or squeegee type mops, scrubbing brushes or
abrasive cleaners - a damp cloth can also be used
A wide range of different wood grains and patterns are
available to enhance the style of your kitchen
